7. Risk of Loss & Title
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

We comply with U.S. and international regulations for restricted items (e.g., hazardous materials). Customers must ensure orders adhere to local laws.

We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, etc.).
