1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags/labels intact.
Your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received an incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads, personalized/custom-made products, and final sale items (e.g., clearance).
2. Refund Process
Step 1: Contact us at support@merakiworks.site with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Step 2: We’ll email you a return authorization and instructions.
Step 3: Once we receive and inspect your return:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (bank processing times may vary).
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for:
Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery.
Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
Final sale, discounted, or clearance items.
Return shipping fees (unless required by law).
